Our services include generic UK landlord advice for unauthenticated users and personalised guidance based on uploaded data and files for authenticated users ("Services").

By accessing or using our Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use our Platform.

1.4 Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our Platform. Your continued use of our Platform following the posting of revised Terms means you accept those changes.
